Hi, I'm Celine. I'm 65 years old and my husband, Nick, passed away due to the global impact in 2020. I also have 3 amazing daughters.
After Nick died, things got really crazy. I was so busy with work, taking care of household chores, and everything else that I forgot about taking care of myself.
I started gaining weight because I wasn't paying attention to what I was eating or how much I was moving.
Then, when I went to the doctor a few months ago, I saw that I weighed over 200lbs. I had never been that heavy before, and it made me really sad.
I tried to get my health back on track before by eating right and walking, but it didn't work. I even tried different diets like Paleo and Keto, but nothing changed.

I can't believe at 65 y/o I'm enjoying exploring all my favorite beaches with ease.
I felt really bad about myself and didn't even want to look in the mirror anymore.
But then, my daughter, Amber emailed me about a simple thing I could do everyday that only takes 7 seconds. It's like a little trick that helps my body work better.

But I decided to give it a try anyway, and soon I saw a big change.
Yesterday, I realized that these easy steps helped me drop 71.5lbs!
I never thought I could change so much... it's really amazing.
In just a few months, I became a "new me" because my body learned how to get rid of unnecessary padding all day long.
My stomach is now flat like it was when I was in my 20s!
